The conference is a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) activity by which nurses could be entitled to obtain 5 points

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Delegates may be required by the Organizers to show their personal identity proof.
- The Organizers reserve the right to change the programme without prior notice.
- Registration and payment are processed by Interdisciplinary Conference in Health Care Science Secretariat.
- Payment should be settled by paypal.
- Registration will only be processed after full payment has been settled. Partial payment will not be accepted.
- Information provided on this registration form will be used only for the purposes of processing the registration and communicating with the participant on matters relating to the Interdisciplinary Conference in Health Care Science and/or related event and such usage will conform to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
